Whether you are looking for a local BBQ, a vegetarian feast or a sweeping gourmet dinner service, we will be happy to work with you to prepare a tantalizing menu. All of our dishes are homemade and freshly prepared for your event.

 

We prepare barbecue the old fashioned way with charcoal, hickory wood chunks and a grill. We don’t believe that boiled meat drowned in sauce, or meat baked inside of a smoke-filled oven is “real” barbecue. If this is your idea of barbecue, then you’ve been deprived and it is time that you try Black Tie Barbecue. If your barbecue experience has been limited to a plate of ribs or chicken (our ribs and chicken are exceptional by the way) then it is definitely time that you give us a chance to expand your horizons. We offer “non-traditional” grilled entrees ranging from Chévre & Tomato Sandwiches to Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers.
